Delete your Cloud ROUTER service

This article provides a step-by-step guide for deleting your Cloud ROUTER service via our portal.

This article does not cover the deletion of single Cloud ROUTER configurations. To do that, click here.

Guide

Follow these steps to delete your Cloud ROUTER service with all its configurations.

Important: If you wish to cancel your service only without an immediate deprovisioning, DO NOT follow this guide. In this case contact your sales representative directly at: sales@de-cix.net.
  1. Log in to our portal and click on the Services tab.
  2. Locate the service you want to delete. Use the filtering option on the right to narrow your search.
  3. Click on Service Details.
  4. Select Manage from the menu on the left.
  5. Carefully read the displayed information. Type "DELETE" in the provided field and click Proceed.
    Please note: This step leads to the cancellation and deprovisioning of the service.

You successfully deleted your Cloud ROUTER service. Note that deprovisioning and cancellation of the service may take a few minutes to complete.

Important: This guide only covers the deletion of the Cloud ROUTER service itself and all its configurations. To delete the connected services as well, follow the corresponding guides below.
