Overview DirectCLOUD

This article provides a brief overview of our DirectCLOUD services and its availability.

 

DirectCLOUD allows any customer to directly connect to one or interconnect multiple Cloud Service Provider (CSP) partners in a direct, secure and private connection.

Fully automated via Portal & API 

Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud, Oracle Cloud. These five CSPs can be ordered, configured, and monitored end-to-end through the DE-CIX self-service portal, our API, or the Terraform Provider — typically provisioned within minutes.

Additional CSPs via semi-automated onboarding

Beyond the five CSPs above, DE-CIX also connects you to a growing number of further Cloud Service Providers — including sovereign and regional clouds (e.g. IONOS, Alibaba Cloud, and special-purpose or AI/GPUaaS providers.) These connections are currently established via a semi-automated onboarding process (not yet self-service via Portal/API). Please get in touch with DE-CIX to check availability for a specific provider and location.
