This article provides a step-by-step guide for upgrading or downgrading the capacity of one of your services. It shows you how to navigate the portal, select your desired capacity, and place your order in a few easy steps.
Guide
- Visit our self-service portal.
- Select Take me there under Config & Upgrade your Service.
- Go to your desired service and click on the pencil button for editing .A new window opens, displaying your chosen service.
- Click on Edit.
- Click on upgrade/downgrade.
- Use the slider to select your desired capacity. Directly below it displays your Monthly Recurring Costs (MRC).
- Click on view summary.
- Review your data and order details.
- Click on Order.Now the order is processing. This can take a few seconds. Additionally, you receive an email with the order confirmation.
- Click on Done.
You successfully changed the capacity for your service. You don't need to click on Submit again.
