Guide

Important: If you wish to cancel your service only without an immediate deprovisioning, DO NOT follow this guide. In this case contact your sales representative directly at: sales@de-cix.net.
  1. Log in to our portal and click on the Services tab.
  2. Locate the service you want to delete. Use the filtering option on the right to narrow your search.
  3. Click on the pencil button for editing.
  4. Click on Cancel & Deprovision.
  5. Carefully read the displayed information. Type "DELETE" in the provided field and click Proceed.
Please note: This step leads to the cancellation and deprovisioning of the service.
You successfully deleted your DirectCLOUD service on the DE-CIX side. Note that deprovisioning and cancellation of the service may take a few minutes to complete.
Now you need to remove the VLAN attachement on the Google side.
  6. Visit your Google Cloud Console.
  7. Locate the VLAN attachment for the connection you are deleting. Its status should now be "Defunct".
  8. Click the overflow menu next to the attachment and select Delete.
  9. Confirm by clicking Delete when the confirmation message appears.

You successfully deleted your DirectCLOUD service for GCloud.
