However, it is possible to upgrade the individual connections of your Cloud ROUTER service:

Upgrading a DirectCLOUD service for AWS or GCloud is currently not possible through the portal. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
Upgrading a VirtualPNI connection requires you to to delete the connection and order a new one.
