Order and configure your VirtualPNI between two Accesses

This article provides step-by-step guides for ordering and configuring a VirtualPNI service between two Accesses via our portal.
Prerequisites
To set up a VirtualPNI connection, ensure that you have the necessary services in place. In this case you need to have at least two Accesses.

Guide
Follow these steps to create a VirtualPNI connection between two Accesses.
- Login to our portal and click on Add Services either on the dashboard or the Service tab.
- Select Add VirtualPNI Service.
- Select Access to Access.
- Now you need to choose the Customer type and Remote type and provide the related information.
- If you select Own company and / or Own access, the following information are required:
- Connection / Access for the related side
- Local and / or remote VLAN
- If you select Sub customer, prepare the following information:
- Customer: select a customer or add a new one via the "+" symbol.
- Connection / Access
- Local VLAN
- If you select Other company, have the following information ready:
- Destination metro area
- Remote name
- Remote VLAN
- If you select Own company and / or Own access, the following information are required:
- Select your desired capacity via the slider an click on Next.
- Provide an external reference (chosen name for your service) and your internal purchase order. Click on Next.This step is not mandatory but is highly recommended, as it makes organizing and monitoring your services easier.
- Review your order details. Optionally provide an additional adress for order confirmation.
- Click on Order.
You successfully requested your VirtualPNI service. We will contact you to initiate the next steps.
